Monday Morning Meditation *via Zoom*

Monday, June 1st

Start your week off right! This 5-week meditation course invites participants to engage in a loving community where they’ll cultivate a sense of inner peace and calmness. With the current pandemic leading to more isolation and stress, it is natural to feel distant from the world, and even from ourselves. Meditation enables us to safely go within to find solace - quieting the noise of the outside world, while fostering an inner dialog. Students of all levels are welcome - no previous experience is necessary. Kate Campbell is an Integrated Somatic Healing Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer who supports others in their journey of understanding and developing self-awareness through mindful movement. Kate was born with Cystic Fibrosis, which has served as one of her most influential teachers and mentors in shaping how she approaches her work and her life.
