The Local History Collection includes many rare or unique documents and objects. To protect and preserve these items (which make up our “special collections”), we store them separately from the materials shelved in the Local History Room.

All special collections are open to the public unless otherwise stated. To access these materials, we suggest that patrons contact staff before visiting the library. Please note that the Local History Room is not open at this time due to COVID-19.
