Coffeehouse Concerts

Something comfortable, something cozy—come listen to relaxing music in the Library’s own pop-up coffee house! All concerts will be accompanied by free refreshments from local business, O’some Café. Space is limited, so please register ahead of time!

Jocelyn Limmer | Sunday, 12/19 | 2 PM

Boston-based singer and pianist Jocelyn Limmer writes songs inspired by matters of the heart, patterns of the mind, and the sometimes-rocky journey towards self-love. Her 2019 album, As Lovers Go, is a collection of jazzy torch songs, heartfelt ballads and soul-pop anthems.

Jeff Snow | Sunday, 2/27 | 2 PM

Jeff Snow is a talented multi-instrumentalist who plays the music and tells the stories behind the songs. He plays six and twelve string guitar, autoharp, Celtic Bouzouki & Bodhran. Jeff also plays the drums and a variety of other percussion instruments.

Ben Cosgrove | Sunday, 3/20 | 2 PM

Ben Cosgrove is a traveling composer, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist from New England. He travels constantly all over the country, performing a unique variety of original instrumental music that explores themes of landscape, geography, and environment while straddling a line between folk and classical music.

Thea Hopkins | Sunday, 4/24 | 2 PM

A member of the Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe of the Martha’s Vineyard, MA, performing songwriter Thea Hopkins calls her music Red Roots Americana. Her 2018 EP album, Love Come Down, was nominated for a 2019 Indigenous Music Award.
