Watertown Makes! Calling all Makers!
If you like tinkering with tools, tweaking things to make new things, or have a general need to create, please plan to join us for one or all of our upcoming Maker series! Local Maker Guru Kevin Osborn will lead us in some fun activities to explore our creative sides.
Thursday April 3rd from 7-9PM
Introduction to 3D printing: a lecture and demo of digital fabrication. Come one, come all! Come see what the fuss is all about! No registration.
Thursday April 10th from 7-9 PM
Design to Print: learn to use Computer tools to design 3d objects and then get a 3d print of it. Limited to 10 participants. Registration required and begins March 24th.
Thursday April 17th from 7-9 PM
Deconstruction day: tear apart electronic appliances to see what makes them tick. Take some of the parts and make something new! Patrons encouraged to bring old electronics, and we’ll provide some, too. Registration is required and begins March 24th.
Thursday April 24th from 7-9 PM
Bristlebots! Family friendly, all-ages program for building, decorating, and racing bristlebots. More fun than you can imagine with just a few simple materials! Registration is required and begins April 1st, prepare to have a blast!
