T. Ross Kelly Family Gallery

About the Gallery
The T. Ross Kelly Family Gallery bears the name of Mr. Kelly, a longtime resident of Watertown and significant donor to the library building fund. He has been an award winning professor of chemistry at Boston College for over forty years, active in Watertown affairs as a town meeting member under that earlier form of government, and a volunteer at the Museum of Science.  He and his family are regular library users and supporters.

General Gallery Info
All works must be framed with a wire across the back to accommodate the hanging system for art work.  Artists are responsible for hanging their work.  The hanging stanchions may be arranged in new ways provided the Gallery floor space remains wheelchair accessible.

An opening reception may be planned.  The Raya Stern Trustees Room is adjacent to the Gallery and may be used for receptions.  The artist must submit a copy of the online registration form for the use of the Raya Stern Trustees Room through the Administration Office.

The artist is responsible for all food, platters and assistance at the reception and must submit a health permit from the Department of Health at Town Hall to the Assistant Director of the Library for her files.  The room should be left as it was found.

Artists should prepare their own handouts and provide publicity information, including digital copies of brochures and high-quality images. These submissions are not juried.
